Instructions
Soak the Sabja / basil seeds in warm water to bloom well. Discard the water
Into a tall glass add ice cubes up to half add 2 tbsp of nannari syrup, add the freshly squeezed lime juice and half the peel for the citrus flavor burst. This is important step. Add the soaked basil seeds. Pour the soda on top to the brim of glass with one hand while stirring continuously with the other. Serve the sarbath immediately.
