Ingredients
1/2 of 1Mango cubed. In using canned 1/2 cup Kesar mango pulp (Available in most Indian Grocery stores)
1/2cupWhole milk
1/2cupFull fat yogurt
2tbspFull fat cream
2-3podGreen cardamom( peel removed and powdered )
2tspSugar
Ice cubes (Optional)
Instructions
Grind the mango pieces in a blender until smooth then add milk, yogurt cardamom powderLet it blend until smooth.
Pour the mango lassi into tall chilled glass. Add the topping of 1 tbsp cream per glass and sprinkle cardamom powder on top ,few cubes of mango and mint sprig per glass.Serve immediately add ice cubes sparingly as this dilutes the lassi.
Serve Mango lassi along with a light meal instead of dessert.
Notes
Chill all the ingredients and serve immediately after making the lassi.Skip milk and go for yogurt if u like the lassi tart also add some sweetener like sugar or honey if u prefer.
