Moringa leaves stir fry, a nutty earthy tasting highly nutritious, iron-rich green stir fry mildly spiced and balanced with coconut flavor. Moringa tree grows in tropical climate commonly found in Kerala. This naturally VEGAN stir fry is a typical Kerala style thoran called 'muringa ela thoran'.

Separate leaves from stem.

Saute the leaves until slightly wilted.

Add the coconut mixture and cook covered until done..

Serve with rice and non vegetarian spicy curries.
