No cook, just whisk and freeze homemade vanilla ice cream

1.5cupsWhole milk
5tbspMilk powder1/3 cup
1cupHeavy whipping cream
1/3cupMelted white milk chocolatechips
1/4 cupPowdered sugar
1Vanilla beancut open the bean and scrape the seeds and add or use Pure vanilla essence/extract - 2 tsp
Instructions
Mix everything together and whisk well with fork/ whisk. I use fork. Freeze for two hours then take it out beat again do this every few hours (2-3 times, this is done to break the ice crystal formation) and return to freezer leave it overnight till it sets.
Then scoop and enjoy with fruit or as ice cream sundae ( chocolate and caramel drizzled, with whipped cream and maraschino cherry).
Note : If using vanilla bean then -Cut open the vanilla bean and scrape both halves with a knife. Into a cup of warm milk add the seeds and the bean . Leave aside for few minutes so all the flavors sink in. Remove just the bean shell before making ice cream now proceed with the recipe.
