Kerala Sadhya Recipes –A traditional Kerala feast is served for festivals like Onam , Vishu or for marriages or special occasions. The feast is served on a plantain leaf.The tapering end is always kept to the left of the person having food from it. Food is served only in a specific order starting from tapering end . The items served on the plantain leaf ranges from 24 -48 dishes so please stay tuned as I cook all of them for you.
